When I first started my business over 8 years ago I remember being at networking events or on stages, hyper aware of my language and the stories I told so as to not give away my partners pronouns as ‘she’ in fear of ‘outting’ myself as gay and being judged by the business community.Tonight I attend my first ever Writers’ Festival and it’s QUEER AF! I take the stage as a published business author alongside a panel full of incriedble queer writers!It couldn’t be more fitting for to be my debut writers festival and I couldn’t be more proud to be a queer writer & business woman.Thank you to my biggest fan & deepest love for always championing me & helping to make dreams come true.
