Hiroki Koga is on a mission to revolutionize the agriculture industry. He co-founded vertical strawberry farm Oishii, which grows strawberries using seeds from the Japanese Alps. The berries are exceptionally fragrant, sweet and have a juicy texture - and sell for $50 a box.
